We will happily exchange or refund goods*. For Givoni Pty Ltd to process your return please fill out the Returns Form that you received in your parcel. If you cannot find this form please email us at info@givoni.com.au and we will happily email you a copy.

The Garment you are returning must be returned to Givoni within 30 days from the original invoice date. (Excluding garments on sale**)

The full priced garment to be returned must be in original condition as you received it. Please ensure the following:

  • All original packaging and tags are still attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is shown
  • The original item is clean
  • The original item is unworn
  • The original item is unwashed

When an exchange is requested your replacement garment will be shipped to you free of charge.

When a refund is requested, (excluding garments on sale**) upon approval your refund will be applied to the credit card used in the original transaction. Freight costs will not be refunded.

Only purchases made from the Givoni website may be returned or exchanged. Products purchased from Givoni Retail Stores cannot be refunded via this online process and must be returned to the store were originally purchased.

*Refunds are only available on Full Price Garments.

**Sale items can only be exchanged for a garment of equal or greater value, no refunds will be allowed for any items on sale.
